Senior Associate / Associate, Public Relations & Corporate Communications

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Associate or Associate to lead and support our public relations and corporate communications initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to shape media strategies, manage brand messaging, and enhance our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and execute media communication plans, including strategy, targets and budget.
• Manage PR agency resources, monitor quality, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Liaise with news‑monitoring agencies to track daily news, competitor coverage and market research.
• Draft press releases, byline articles, speeches and other press materials.
• Oversee creation of PR assets in partnership with branding, marketing, merchandising and external agencies.
• Contribute content for internal media channels and social platforms.
• Prepare competitive analyses, reporting and recommendations on PR activities.
• Organise logistics for media events, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
• Coordinate photo sessions for corporate and media events.
• Handle press inquiries and nurture relationships with key media contacts.
• Identify partnership, sponsorship and advertorial opportunities and manage related administration.
• Distribute print and electronic media materials, including gifts and product samples.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, communications or marketing; multinational experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for China‑market communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint); basic graphic‑design skills are a plus.
• Strong time‑management, organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
