Senior Associate, DevOps Engineer, SRE & Governance

About the role

The Release & Deployment Team seeks a Senior Associate to own the end‑to‑end release lifecycle, ensure secure and compliant deployments, and drive automation across production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full release and deployment process, from change review to post‑implementation support.
• Validate Change Requests for scope, feasibility, risk, rollback plans and governance compliance.
• Coordinate with Application Support, Engineering, Infrastructure, Middleware, Database, Security and Platform teams to resolve dependencies.
• Execute production, pre‑production, DR and UAT deployments following approved plans and change windows.
• Handle privileged‑access activities using CyberArk and PAM solutions, ensuring session recording and evidence retention.
• Maintain segregation of duties and capture deployment evidence (logs, screenshots, reports).
• Provide Level‑1 support for deployment incidents, participate in war rooms and incident bridges, and escalate risks promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD adoption, run‑book standardisation and data‑driven analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing release and deployment lifecycles in complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of change governance, audit, security and regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with privileged‑access management tools such as CyberArk.
• Ability to work across multiple technical teams and coordinate implementation dependencies.
• Experience providing production support, incident response and root‑cause analysis.
