Senior BIM Modeler (M&E) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Modeler specialized in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. You will work on data centre, semiconductor, life sciences and high‑tech industrial projects across Singapore, delivering high‑quality BIM models and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop M&E BIM models, layouts, schematics and technical drawings in line with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings from contract documents, specifications and design information.
• Develop and maintain Autodesk Revit models, including creation and modification of BIM families and project components.
• Review design drawings, specifications and technical submissions to ensure coordination and compliance.
• Support project teams by delivering BIM outputs and technical documentation throughout project stages.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and stakeholders to resolve design and spatial coordination issues.
• Assist in BIM coordination, clash detection and model reviews to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Keep BIM models and drawings up‑to‑date with design revisions and project requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, BIM or a related discipline.
• Experience in BIM modelling using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; internship experience may be considered for junior positions.
• Familiarity with M&E systems and construction drawings is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good communication and proactive problem‑solving skills.
