Senior BIM Modeler/Coordinator – Civil & Structural

About the role

The Senior BIM Modeler/Coordinator will lead BIM modeling and coordination for civil and structural (C&S) design disciplines. Working closely with engineers, project managers and the CAD/BIM manager, you will ensure that BIM deliverables are produced on time, meet quality standards and support construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop BIM models from rough sketches, CAD files and engineering specifications.
• Create BIM 2D documentation in line with project and organisational BIM standards.
• Update models with the latest information, maintaining high model quality.
• Validate construction documents against updated BIM models from all disciplines.
• Prepare authority submission drawings and discipline models for coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve design changes and modelling challenges.
• Follow the Project BIM Execution Plan, workflow criteria and organisational BIM content standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, ITE drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in BIM implementation for construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
