Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across its aerospace and defense operations. You will work onsite in Singapore, collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to produce dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
• Design data structures, consolidate data from multiple sources, and ensure data integrity.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and automate repetitive tasks.
• Create clear, decision‑support visualizations for operational managers.
• Apply predictive and statistical modeling techniques to support forecasting and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/MRO environment, preferably aviation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Programming experience in Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Knowledge of database management systems; SAP experience is a plus.
