Senior Change Process Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Change Process Manager who is fluent in French and strong in English to lead our IT change and incident management activities. The role is critical for ensuring smooth delivery of changes, releases, and rapid resolution of major incidents across a complex, high‑availability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own major incidents, coordinating support teams, enforcing process execution and delivering timely communications to stakeholders.
• Drive change, release, incident, problem and configuration management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application owners to understand dependencies across Unix, Windows, network, database, middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage and monitoring ecosystems.
• Maintain and improve ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira Service Management.
• Support audit, operational risk and regulatory compliance activities related to production stability and resilience.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, preferably in operations, production support, application support or service governance.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with change, release, incident, problem or ITSM process operations.
• Fluent French speaker; strong English communication skills.
• Experience in banking, capital markets or other regulated high‑availability environments is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with audit, operational risk, controls and regulatory expectations.

Required skills

• ITIL practices – Change Enablement, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Service Validation, Continual Improvement.
• Technical knowledge of Unix, Windows, networking, databases, middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage and monitoring platforms.
