Senior Construction Manager APAC

About the role

Nscale is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead AI‑ready data centre infrastructure projects across APAC, primarily based in Singapore. You will be responsible for safe, compliant, on‑time delivery of high‑density power, cooling and white‑space works, as well as commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end construction delivery for AI/high‑density data centre projects in APAC.
• Manage site enablement works such as temporary fencing, grading, drainage and turfing.
• Oversee contractors and specialist vendors for MEP, BMS, fire, security, network and fit‑out works.
• Own construction workflows including authority approvals, RFIs, submittals, ITPs, NCRs, inspections and close‑out.
• Drive commissioning readiness, test packs, SAT/FAT evidence, as‑builts and O&M handover.
• Maintain document control governance, version control, registers and audit‑ready dossiers.
• Report project status, risks, variations and schedule impacts to senior leadership.
• Champion EHS standards and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, adaptable with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience leading multi‑discipline teams on complex data centre builds.
• Disciplined manager who assigns and reviews tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel across APAC (approximately 30‑40% of the time).
• Regional exposure and experience in different countries is an advantage.
• Background in high‑density/AI‑ready delivery is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or a construction/engineering qualification is desirable.
