Senior Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Corporate Sales Executive will drive TWG Tea’s corporate sales strategy, nurturing existing client relationships while acquiring new business across local and overseas markets. This role acts as the primary liaison between corporate clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve growth targets.
• Manage corporate accounts, handling enquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, franchise partners and other stakeholders.
• Provide product knowledge and differentiation insights to clients.
• Support sales conferences, meetings and audits.
• Coordinate with Sales Logistics, Marketing, Tea Institute and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, relationship management or account servicing.
• Background in F&B, luxury goods or hotel industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, French).
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
