Senior Cost Manager – MEP Infrastructure

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management services for MEP infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring cost control, quality objectives, and financial compliance across construction programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost management project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee invoicing processes and project compliance through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D‑365).
• Develop robust cost reporting structures and challenge project requirements to find creative cost solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment and mentor junior team members.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and resource planning for the cost management team.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, issue escalation and conflict resolution.

• Familiarity with MEP infrastructure projects and related cost structures.
