Senior Critical Facilities Manager (Woodlands)

About the role

The Senior Critical Facilities Manager will lead the on‑site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7/365 environment. You will ensure contractual service delivery, maintain high uptime, and foster a strong client relationship to exceed KPI and SLA expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure all contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Explore strategic contract development opportunities to increase turnover and profitability.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and support contract variation processes.
• Maintain health and safety standards for staff, subcontractors, and client personnel.
• Staff the contract with competent teams, implement succession planning, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach and nurture relationships with key client contacts.
• Develop, formalise, and regularly review site operating procedures.
• Identify and implement site improvements, process enhancements, and procedural updates.
• Be on‑call 24/7 for incident and emergency management, including critical switching and service isolation.
• Ensure continuous shift coverage and motivate direct reports through mentoring and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing critical facilities in a data‑centre or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) and contract management skills.
• Excellent health‑and‑safety knowledge and ability to enforce policies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Effective communication and reporting capabilities.
