Senior Cyber Ops Specialist – Security Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Ops Specialist with deep expertise in security testing and Secure‑by‑Design practices. You will help agencies adopt consistent, high‑quality security standards and build a proactive cyber posture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain organization‑wide frameworks and SOPs for VAPT to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead advanced technical operations such as Red Team exercises, deep‑dive penetration tests, and adversary simulations.
• Establish and promote secure coding standards, integrating security into DevSecOps pipelines.
• Oversee source code analysis (SAST, SCA) and recommend tools to improve code quality and vulnerability detection.
• Monitor emerging threats and technology trends to continuously update testing standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project teams, fostering a culture of security and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience with strong depth in offensive security and application security.
• Proven expertise in penetration testing of web applications, on‑prem and cloud systems, and complex networks.
• Experience conducting manual and automated source code reviews to identify logic, injection, and cryptographic flaws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
