Senior Data Analyst – Compliance Analytics

About the role

Wise is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team. You will partner with global Compliance teams, primarily in the APAC region, to build and own the reporting layer that provides assurance to the Board and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with APAC Compliance to meet regulatory reporting schedules and proactively monitor risks.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and self‑serve analytics tools.
• Drive analytics for routine and ad‑hoc regulatory reporting, translating requirements into validated outputs.
• Identify opportunities for automated compliance monitoring and implement solutions.
• Travel to Wise offices worldwide to connect with local compliance experts as needed.

Required profile

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data‑modeling fundamentals.
• Experience designing, implementing, and owning complex data structures.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
