Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to create enterprise‑wide visual analytics, build impactful dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights that drive business performance. The role requires independent work, strong stakeholder collaboration, and deep technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and enhance visual analytics assets for business users.
• Adopt best practices for reliable data stores and maintain up‑to‑date data models.
• Collaborate with business partners to align metric logic and ensure code reflects current definitions.
• Work closely with data engineers to define pipelines, collect data, and validate data quality.
• Support the creation of scalable data stores and respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests.
• Ensure all analytics projects comply with internal and external regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering business intelligence and analytics projects as an individual contributor.
• At least 3 years of experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL programming and standard MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyse large data sets, identify trends and communicate findings.
• Preferred experience with Spark, Hadoop and cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of banking, insurance or financial‑services environments is a plus.
