About the role

HOYA Electronics is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to act as a strategic lead, turning raw organizational data into actionable insights. You will own the full data lifecycle, from governance and architecture to delivering predictive analytics that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements with senior stakeholders to design data‑driven strategies and translate business challenges into technical roadmaps.
• Oversee end‑to‑end data mapping, database modeling, and the creation of scalable data structures for long‑term BI needs.
• Design and enforce advanced data validation frameworks and automated cleaning procedures to ensure enterprise‑wide data integrity.
• Apply statistical modeling and advanced analysis to uncover hidden patterns that inform high‑stakes planning.
• Coordinate complex visualization solutions and promote data‑sharing ecosystems using SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Direct large‑scale data maintenance projects, including migration and cut‑over plans for mission‑critical systems.
• Mentor technical teams to maintain operational continuity and drive digital maturity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data initiatives at a senior level.
• Strong ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive audiences.
• Track record of establishing data governance and “single source of truth” standards.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and large‑scale migrations.
