Senior Data Analyst, Quick Commerce & Partnerships

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Quick Commerce & Partnerships Analytics team, you will shape the growth strategy across 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and drive AI‑powered analytics innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical methodologies such as causal impact modeling and ROI measurement for quick commerce initiatives (dark store expansion, assortment changes, fee adjustments, discounting).
• Collaborate with senior quick commerce, operations and supply‑chain partners to translate strategic objectives into analytics solutions and present insights.
• Define measurement frameworks and metric definitions for key initiatives and develop complex SQL models using BigQuery and dbt.
• Create user‑friendly dashboards and agentic tools in Looker and Tableau to support decision‑making.
• Mentor junior analysts, fostering technical growth and a collaborative environment.
• Identify, design and implement AI‑driven workflows, including LLM‑assisted insight generation and automated anomaly detection.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior data analyst influencing strategy in a fast‑moving e‑commerce or delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as an embedded thought partner.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior analysts.
• Passion for leveraging AI to automate and scale analytical processes.
