Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at NinjaOne, you will join the global Platform Engineering organization and work closely with the US‑based team to support production software deployments and evolve the deployment platform. Based in Singapore, the role is hybrid and focuses on delivering reliable, automated, and high‑quality releases for a SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute production deployments, maintenance windows and emergency releases while ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Share ownership of deployment operations with the US Platform Engineering team to provide global coverage and continuity.
• Develop and maintain deployment standards, rollback procedures, operational playbooks and post‑release review processes.
• Design and implement automated deployment solutions, reusable frameworks and self‑service capabilities to improve delivery speed and consistency.
• Lead CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related technologies, identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work.
• Act as the technical escalation point during complex releases and support SRE, QA, product and security teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, platform engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing production deployments for SaaS platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with software engineering, SRE, QA, product and security stakeholders.
• Ability to design scalable, secure and highly automated delivery pipelines.
