Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to independently design, build, and optimise our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will own automation, observability and security initiatives, enabling development teams to ship code faster and more safely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment and release management.
• Establish observability standards and implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems.
• Enforce cloud security, access‑control and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend and product teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Improve DevOps processes, share best practices and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or related roles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to design fault‑tolerant, scalable infrastructure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with ownership, adaptability and clear communication.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Helm
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog
• Linux administration, networking and distributed systems
• Scripting/automation: Python, Go, Bash
