Senior DevOps Engineer (Singapore)

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will join NinjaOne’s global Platform Engineering organization, working closely with the US‑based team to own production deployments and evolve the deployment platform. Based in Singapore, you will provide operational coverage for global SaaS releases while helping the broader team focus on strategic modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute production software deployments, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Share ownership of release operations with the US Platform Engineering team to provide 24/7 global coverage.
• Develop and maintain deployment standards, rollback procedures, operational playbooks and post‑release reviews.
• Design and implement automated deployment solutions, reusable frameworks and self‑service capabilities.
• Lead CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related technologies.
• Identify and eliminate repetitive operational work through automation.
• Act as technical escalation point during complex releases and emergency deployments.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing production deployments and release engineering.
• Strong collaboration skills with Software Engineering, SRE, QA, Product and Security teams.

Required skills

• CircleCI and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Deployment automation and scripting.
