Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Patient & Community Relations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead patient and community relations across multiple polyclinic locations. You will drive service recovery, gather actionable feedback, and champion continuous improvement in patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient feedback, investigations, and service recovery, including data entry for reporting.
• Contact patients for feedback, conduct focus group sessions, and collaborate with staff to resolve issues.
• Prepare and analyse monthly reports (compliments/feedback) and share insights with senior management.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors, patients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Identify and contribute compelling stories for the NUP newsletter.
• Run ground‑level campaigns across polyclinic sites and initiate service‑improvement activities.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers.

Required profile

• Degree holder with 2‑3 years of experience in healthcare or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English; conversational in local dialects or other major languages.
• Customer‑service oriented with a pleasant, confident disposition.
• Enjoys interacting with frontline staff and patients and leading campaigns.
• IT‑savvy and comfortable with statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms (advantageous).
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data.
