Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

Dasher is building a People & Culture movement and needs a Senior Executive Human Resources to lead recruitment and support core HR operations. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help new hires transition into the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support and onboarding follow‑up.
• Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hires.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct resume screening, schedule interviews and maintain a positive candidate journey.
• Maintain hiring trackers, documentation and basic recruitment reports.
• Provide ad‑hoc HR support, including employee onboarding and offboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in interview and candidate assessment techniques such as the STAR method.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for candidate communication.
