Senior Facilities Technician

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to manage critical environment infrastructure and deliver best‑in‑class engineering services for its Singapore client portfolio. You will ensure building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in line with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Support energy management by monitoring system efficiency.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Manage incidents, escalation, fault finding, and root‑cause analysis, acting as the primary interface with clients and vendors.
• Maintain 100% uptime of critical environment equipment as defined by SLA/KPI.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience (2‑3 years related).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic work routine adherence and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational mindset and inquisitive attitude.
