Senior HRIS Executive

About the role

The Senior HRIS Executive will lead the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of MOH Holdings' Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures the HRIS remains the single source of truth for data analytics, reporting and employee experience across the public healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for HRIS issues, providing recommendations and solutions to keep HR operations running smoothly.
• Support the full lifecycle of new HR system implementations, from needs analysis and design through development and deployment.
• Partner with IT, external vendors (including Synapxe) and cross‑functional teams to resolve integration issues with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and automated ID & access management systems.
• Drive user adoption by delivering training sessions for HR staff and administrators.
• Manage system‑related requests, process‑improvement initiatives and continuous enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HRIS implementation, support and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of system integration, especially with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and ID/access management solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT, vendors and HR teams.
