About the role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and lead our kitchen team at XIA FOOD MANUFACTURING.
Key responsibilities
- Monthly purchasing of ingredients and ensuring stock is tallied and accounted.
- Assist the team in preparing daily required items and assign work tasks and rostering.
- Liaise with delivery platforms and consolidate daily payment reports.
- Ensure food is prepared according to SOPs and manage the kitchen team seamlessly.
