Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner for regional functions across Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and more. The role supports both regional headquarters and market‑based talent, helping translate business strategy into people plans that drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to diagnose people implications of business priorities and design HR strategies that enable commercial success.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, organizational design and succession initiatives across Southeast Asia‑Oceania.
• Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation, talent reviews, employee engagement and annual budgeting.
• Provide coaching and development for managers to strengthen leadership capability.
• Use data, benchmarking and analytics to assess organisational health and recommend improvements.
• Oversee the HR Manager for the Indonesia Shared Service Center, supporting SEAO, Middle East and selected European markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader in a multi‑country, fast‑growing environment.
• Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Track record of leading organisational design, workforce planning and talent development projects.
