Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Performance

About the role

The Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy & Performance will lead Marriott International’s global agenda to improve marketing ROI and drive sustainable growth. You will design, plan and execute measurement capabilities, including marketing mix modeling, to turn data into actionable business recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate and optimize media spend.
• Support and execute marketing performance projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, business‑focused insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Build reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to improve short‑term revenue and long‑term brand ROI.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree in business, marketing, statistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, consultancy or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Power BI for visualization and reporting.
• Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
