Senior Manager – Media Relations & Leadership Visibility

About the role

The Senior Manager, Media Relations & Leadership Visibility will advance PwC’s market presence by shaping strategic media engagement, promoting thought leadership, and enhancing executive visibility. Working across Global Communications, the role identifies opportunities to position PwC experts as authoritative voices on business, technology, economic and societal issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive media‑relations strategies aligned with firm priorities and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, producers and influencers across business, technology and global media.
• Identify and secure media opportunities that elevate PwC’s voice and create a consistent pipeline of engagements.
• Design earned‑media strategies to support flagship research, surveys, reports and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and communications teams to translate complex topics into compelling media narratives.
• Support external positioning of priority leaders through targeted media opportunities, speaking engagements and thought‑leadership promotion.
• Prepare executives for media engagements with briefing materials, key messages and interview preparation.

Required profile

• Proven record of success in media‑relations strategy and execution at an industry‑leader level.
• Demonstrated expertise in thought‑leadership promotion and earned‑media campaign management.
• Experience in executive visibility and leadership positioning across business, policy and industry conversations.
• Senior‑manager level experience within a global professional services or communications environment.
