Senior Planner, Global Supply Planning

About the role

The Senior Global Supply Planner drives long‑range and seasonal supply planning across worldwide markets. You will work closely with product supply teams, brand and commercial planners, and external vendors to ensure supply availability and mitigate risks linked to demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and material shortages.

Key responsibilities

• Support long‑range planning (LRP) by creating robust plans aligned with sourcing strategy and key planning scenarios.
• Validate forecasts, translate MFP forecasts into capacity, allocation, and material requirements.
• Provide allocation guidance to vendor teams and validate against critical GTM milestones.
• Convert regional DC receipt plans into purchase‑order placement schedules.
• Maintain the seasonal buy plan, optimise global PO placement, and manage buy windows in coordination with regional planning.
• Drive monthly “need‑to‑buy” processes and seasonal calendars for purchase and shipping schedules.
• Collect capacity risk assessments, partner with capacity planning to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with material planning to define material strategies that balance lead‑time and liability risk.
• Govern buy execution, ensure alignment during global consensus meetings, and coordinate data setup for smooth execution.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Proven experience in long‑range and seasonal supply planning.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience assessing and mitigating supply‑risk scenarios.
• Familiarity with capacity and material planning processes.
