Senior RF Design Engineer (R&D) – Relocate to Singapore

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing wireless technology company that builds advanced RF communication systems for robotics, drones and autonomous platforms. The team is expanding and seeks a hands‑on Senior RF Design Engineer to drive the development of long‑range, high‑reliability wireless connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits, modules and subsystems for next‑generation wireless products.
• Own the RF design process end‑to‑end, including schematic design, simulation, PCB layout support, prototyping and validation.
• Run bench testing using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and other RF lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot and optimise RF performance across frequency bands, power output and signal integrity.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical and product teams to take designs from concept to production.
• Support pre‑compliance and certification testing (EMC/RF).

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience designing RF circuits, not just working with RF at a network or operations level.
• Working knowledge of RF simulation and design tools such as ADS or HFSS.
• Comfortable in a lab environment performing testing, debugging and validation of RF hardware.
• Strong interest in wireless communications hardware and research & development.
