Senior Sales Executive – Training & Private Education

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive enrolments for a wide range of training and certification programmes across Singapore. You will engage both individual professionals and corporate clients, matching their learning needs with the company’s portfolio of courses.

Key responsibilities

• Source and connect with individual professionals and corporate organisations interested in training courses and certification programmes.
• Recommend appropriate learning solutions from the company’s comprehensive range of programmes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful enrolment.
• Respond to inbound enquiries via telephone, online channels, and in‑person consultations.
• Promote the company at career expos, trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and corporate engagements.
• Utilise knowledge of SSG funding initiatives, including subsidies and SkillsFuture Credit, to advise prospective participants.
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets and report sales activity and pipeline performance to the Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate partners to encourage repeat business and group enrolments.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the training, education or professional development sector.
• Practical experience handling SSG funding schemes and learner enrolment procedures.
• Proven track record in promoting and selling WSQ Food Safety courses or Diploma‑level programmes.
• Ability to manage both fast‑paced transactional sales and consultative enrolment processes.
