Senior Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Executive will lead inventory planning, order management and logistics operations for a regional supply chain hub. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the role coordinates with internal teams, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure smooth end‑to‑end product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Import products into target countries and manage delivery to 3PL warehouses via freight forwarders.
• Maintain daily inventory reports from 3PL partners and monitor stock levels for shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with local teams on forecasting, order placement and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing with overseas suppliers, ensuring orders meet agreed lead times.
• Handle goods returns, inventory reconciliation and replenishment activities.
• Process customer and affiliate orders, place purchase orders and track order fulfilment.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation and perform SAP Business One transactions (POs, sales orders, goods receipt).
• Liaise with distributors, suppliers and freight forwarders to provide status updates and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, inventory planning and logistics coordination.
• Strong ability to work with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
• Familiarity with order processing, demand forecasting and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.

Required skills

• SAP Business One (SAP B1) for purchase orders, sales orders and inventory transactions.
