Senior Technical Executive – Civil & Structural BIM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Executive to lead BIM modelling and drafting support for our Civil & Structural (C&S) team in Singapore. The role involves creating detailed BIM models, quantity schedules and coordination documents for sewer, drainage and road projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create sewer, drainage and traffic plans and reinforced concrete detailing for box culverts and box drains.
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with civil, architectural and MEP teams locally and overseas.
• Perform BIM model federation, coordination and clash detection.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in sewer, drainage and road projects.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD (Archicad preferred).
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for local and overseas clients and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
