About the role

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to provide advanced technical support for its resort systems and infrastructure. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Singapore and plays a critical part in maintaining reliable, high‑performance services for guests and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical incidents promptly and deliver customer‑focused resolutions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Support the rollout of new technologies and enhancements across the resort.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting within a dynamic operational environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to high‑quality customer service and professional support.
• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical operations, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Singapore, including occasional evenings, weekends, or public holidays.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
