Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide professional, friendly technical assistance to internal business users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues on laptops, iPads, desktops and related peripherals, ensuring smooth daily operations across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve ServiceDesk tickets while meeting SLA targets and maintaining user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and support end‑users on laptops, iPads, desktops, printers, phones, external drives and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and repair PC hardware and software, including operating system deployments and profile migrations for Windows devices.
• Manage IT asset inventories and perform regular updates, patches and antivirus installations.
• Provide remote support, monitor issues, diagnose problems and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with global and regional IS teams on infrastructure and systems management.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in technical support for Windows‑based desktops and laptops.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume help‑desk tickets and meet SLA commitments.
• Experience with hardware installation, peripheral configuration and asset management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal users and coordinate with IS teams.
