Senior Technician – Maintenance & Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our hospitality team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for guest repair requests and will ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve guest maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen, mechanical room, and building equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment and machines, carry necessary tools, and operate shut‑off valves.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts and supplies, and communicate shift activities.
• Carry out surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood‑trim repairs, and clean work areas.
• Test, troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other guestroom items.
• Program TVs, manage housekeeping and engineering inventory, and perform landscaping and sprinkler repairs.
• Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures and follow all safety and security policies.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems, carpentry, and kitchen equipment.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and ability to work with guests, including those with disabilities.
• Physical capability to lift ≤50 lb, bend, twist, and work at heights up to overhead.
