Senior Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Telesales Executive to lead our fuel solutions sales effort. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate fleet customers, retaining existing accounts, and promoting our products to both corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and lead engagement by executing targeted campaigns, cold and warm calling, and follow‑up on marketing leads.
• Create and deliver structured sales toolkits, including scripts, value propositions, and objection‑handling guides.
• Conduct regular role‑plays and call monitoring to improve team communication and confidence.
• Manage day‑to‑day CRM, Call Log System, and WhatsApp usage, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Define, monitor, and enforce team metrics such as dials, talk time, conversion rates, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s PDPA and DNC Registry and generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
• Support special operational projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer acquisition.
• Ability to train and enable a sales team through structured coaching.
• Detail‑oriented with strong data‑logging and reporting capabilities.
