Senior Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programmes across all business segments of CFS and its regional branches. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge and skill sets of front‑line staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through gap analysis and collaborate with line supervisors and business units.
• Develop training materials, e‑learning modules, and PowerPoint presentations for new and existing staff.
• Deliver classroom and on‑site training sessions, conduct branch visits, and run regular product‑knowledge quizzes.
• Ensure all training content complies with regulatory and internal policies in partnership with Quality Assurance.
• Support financial‑literacy initiatives for local communities and assist business units with digital training solutions.
• Improve training processes by creating digital tools and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, investment or related financial services.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to engage audiences.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated aptitude for training and teaching.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
