ServiceNow Engineer

About the role

The ServiceNow Engineer will act as the platform specialist for ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) across multiple inspection divisions. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, and automation to deliver robust, government‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow FSM workflows for all 15 inspection division modules and shared components.
• Set up and manage ServiceNow SPM and Agile Development tooling on the Engagement instance.
• Implement a native ServiceNow CI/CD pipeline using the CI/CD Spoke and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Run ServiceNow Instance Scan for static code quality checks and integrate results into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop and maintain mobile inspection workflows for field officers.
• Configure role‑based dashboards, reports, and analytics to meet division requirements.
• Support product training delivery and create training materials for each release milestone.
• Implement enforcement, asset management, scheduling, and notification modules.

Required profile

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in FSM or equivalent certification.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow SPM, ATF, and CI/CD Spoke.
• Prior experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for government agencies is strongly preferred.
