ServiceNow Platform Architect – Financial Services

About the role

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for its financial services clients. You will work within the Technology Consulting practice, collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams to align technology with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SIR, CSM, Asset Management, PPM, Performance Analytics, GRC and HRSD.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Oversee planning, development, testing and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including system integration, data migration and customizations.
• Conduct assessments of client environments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce and maintain architectural diagrams, configuration specifications and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles and mentor development teams on best practices.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, industry trends and financial‑services regulatory requirements, recommending enhancements as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for financial services organisations.
• Strong consulting background with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding complex, multi‑module ServiceNow projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
