Site Coordinator – ACMV Installation

About the role

The ACMV Installation Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the complete installation of air‑conditioning and mechanical‑ventilation systems on construction sites. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while acting as the primary liaison between client, contractors, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all installation activities, allocating manpower, materials, and equipment according to the project timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to secure timely delivery of components.
• Set up the site, supervise the installation of ducting, piping, chillers, air‑handling units, fan‑coil units, BMS, ESCS and jet‑fan systems.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure all personnel use appropriate PPE.
• Monitor quality, conduct inspections and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on‑site, provide engineering support and recommend modifications as needed.
• Maintain daily site reports, material logs and document any scope variations.
• Communicate progress and issues to project managers, site engineers and the client.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating HVAC/ACMV installation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety standards.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Installation and commissioning of ducting and piping systems.
• Knowledge of chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU).
• Familiarity with Building Management System (BMS), Energy Supply Control System (ESCS) and jet‑fan systems.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving on HVAC installations.
