Site Engineer – Junior

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating on‑site activities, reporting progress, and ensuring smooth workflow between the site and the laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and arrange daily site team tasks and provide progress reports to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain and modify daily tracking workflows using basic computer programming knowledge.
• Coordinate sample collection according to SOPs and oversee flawless transportation to the lab.
• Prepare progress reports, attend site meetings, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Work independently on site, ensuring maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Follow a full‑day work schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional capable of working independently on site.
• Strong multitasking ability and hardworking attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate multiple site activities.
• Preferably holds a Class 4 driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic computer programming knowledge for workflow maintenance.
