Site Supervisor (Viaduct/Bridge Experience)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will ensure that all construction activities on viaducts, bridges and related infrastructure meet authority and agency standards. This role involves direct oversight of both permanent and temporary works, coordinating with contractors and partners to keep projects on schedule and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect civil, architectural, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utility diversions.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, agencies and site partners.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements on‑site and off‑site.
• Manage lifting operations for precast concrete installation.
• Inspect and assist with issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Review and monitor safety, environmental and health matters.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payments.
• Provide additional services as required and support the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• At least 3 years of experience in road works, LTA projects, tunnels, viaducts, flyovers or bridges.
• Site safety certifications and prior contractor site work experience are advantageous.
