Smart Home Technician – CCTV & Electrical – Own Vehicle

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Smart Home Technician to install and commission smart home and security systems across residential properties in Singapore. The role involves working on‑site with a focus on electrical wiring, smart device integration, and CCTV installations.

Key responsibilities

• Install Zigbee 3.0 smart switches (neutral and non‑neutral) in HDB, condo and landed homes.
• Wire and commission LED drivers, dimmers, relay modules, ceiling‑fan controllers, motorised curtain motors and blind isolators.
• Terminate and test PoE switches, access points and Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling.
• Install, wire and configure CCTV systems (NVR, IP cameras, PoE), video doorbells and indoor intercom units.
• Perform pre‑electrical checks, coordinate with interior designers and electricians, and document work with photos in ClickUp.
• Diagnose and repair faults on‑site, including PCB burns, loose connections and power trips, and provide basic networking troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years residential electrical experience, including switch installation and cable management.
• Own motorbike or other transport for travelling to job sites.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

• Competitive monthly salary SGD 2,200 – 3,500
• Full‑time schedule: Mon‑Fri, alternate Saturdays
