Social Commerce Executive

About the role

ReckittHome is seeking a Social Commerce Executive to accelerate growth on emerging social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop. You will blend digital content creation, livestream production and commerce analytics to turn social engagement into measurable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels.
• Plan, set up, moderate and analyse livestream sessions, ensuring seamless product displays and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, creators and hosts to produce engaging short‑form videos and livestream content.
• Maintain accurate product, voucher and campaign asset information during live activations.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR, GMV, conversion) and generate post‑campaign reports.
• Stay current on TikTok trends, platform updates, best practices and competitor activity.
• Support campaign planning for major commercial periods, including product launches and mega‑campaigns.
• Coordinate operational logistics such as product seeding, sample management and livestream equipment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
• Understanding of livestream production, moderation and conversion tactics.
• Familiarity with short‑form video creation and editing tools.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.
