Social Media & Creative Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media & Creative Executive to drive the growth of Amore Group’s portfolio of brands, including Amore Fitness, Amore Define, am Pilates and amber. You will work closely with an external social media agency to ensure brand consistency, high‑quality content, and effective community engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the social media agency, reviewing monthly content calendars and campaign deliverables.
• Manage daily community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, responding to comments and monitoring trends.
• Design social media assets, EDM visuals, promotional materials and adapt key visuals for digital and print formats.
• Plan and coordinate photoshoots, capture photo and video content for outlets, events and campaigns, and edit using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and activations, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, creative design or digital marketing.
• Strong eye for design, photography and videography, with a passion for social‑first content.
