Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom‑based and workshop‑style training sessions for adult and corporate participants.
• Facilitate discussions, role‑plays, presentations, experiential activities, and group‑based learning exercises.
• Align training delivery with defined learning objectives and programme outcomes.
• Share real‑world case studies, workplace experiences, and practical applications.
• Build learner confidence through storytelling, interaction, and interactive facilitation.
• Manage classroom dynamics to maintain a professional, supportive learning atmosphere.
• Host and present sessions confidently to groups of varying sizes.
• Collaborate with training, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Stay current with workplace trends, adult‑learning methodologies, and facilitation techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation, coaching, speaking, or training.
• Proven ability to engage audiences and manage classroom dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to small and large groups.
• Portfolio showcasing past workshops, speaking engagements, or training projects.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to collaborate across internal teams.
