Software Development Engineer

About the role

Join Celestica’s Software Development & Automation Engineering team to design and deliver web and IoT solutions that monitor and control manufacturing processes. You will work directly with customers to translate specifications into functional digital‑factory applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web portals for real‑time output performance monitoring.
• Create web tools to allocate production materials efficiently.
• Design and implement IoT applications and devices for Industry 4.0 environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software with manufacturing equipment.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to convert customer processes into reliable software solutions and deliver projects on schedule.
