Software Engineer – AVP

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux, Python and modern front‑end technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and micro‑services architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack software development experience, preferably in banking, financial services or large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux and Python.
