Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications. You will work across web interfaces, backend services, databases, and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate enterprise systems across training management, business applications, analytics, and workflow solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, middleware services, connectors, and other interoperability mechanisms.
• Build and modernise full‑stack applications, migrating legacy systems to service‑oriented and cloud‑enabled architectures.
• Support onboarding, deployment, operationalisation, and sustainment of applications in enterprise cloud environments.
• Implement authentication, access control, security, and governance requirements.
• Troubleshoot, optimise performance, and enhance operational applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture artefacts, integration specifications, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design secure, scalable APIs and services.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to performance optimisation.

• Front‑end: React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Back‑end.NET, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python.
• API design: REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI.
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.
• Security: Identity and access management, enterprise integration patterns.
