Software Engineer – Full‑Stack AI Platform

About the role

Maxify AI is building an AI‑native operating system for consumer companies. We need a strong software engineer to create the technical foundation for our agent workflows, evaluation pipelines, testing, deployment, version control, security, and internal full‑stack systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agent workflows, internal applications, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Develop orchestration, evaluation pipelines, regression tests, and monitoring systems for AI agents.
• Own version‑control processes, release discipline, deployment pipelines, and rollback mechanisms.
• Implement full‑stack features across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and third‑party integrations.
• Integrate with Lark/Feishu, Google Workspace, databases, internal tools, and AI/LLM APIs.
• Improve system reliability, security, permissioning, logging, and auditability.
• Transform complex business workflows into scalable software solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production software used by real users.
• Ability to own systems end‑to‑end—from architecture to testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong ownership, fast execution, and excellent debugging skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous business requirements and AI agents.
