Software Engineer III – Java, Kotlin, AWS

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer III to join our Commercial and Investment Banking – Quorum Technology team. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain secure, stable, and scalable software components for our technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot software solutions using secure, high-quality code.
• Design and implement components while considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assistants to improve code quality, generate tests, and create documentation.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation to enhance development efficiency.
• Analyze large data sets to identify issues and support decision-making for stable application delivery.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices for secure and stable code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment.
• Ability to write code in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, or documentation.
